A Game of Romance and Ruin by Ruby Roe
5.0
Stirling and Morrigan's love story is heartbreaking yet heartwarming at the same time. Stirling's devotion to Morrigan is beyond me and leaves be speechless everytime I think about it. So, if you want a "everything I do, I do it for you" story, then you would like this one.
Everytime "blue meets blue" is mentioned, it gives me butterflies. Prior knowing what's behind it, I know that its something only between the two of them, its sacred. That's when I know that what they have is special. I love a book that left me with something I can remember, something unique about it. This I know that A Game of Romance and Ruin holds a special place in my heart.
I sobbed when Stirling said "...you were never going to find me where blue meets blue were you?", but when Morrigan said "I promised you I'd find you where blue meets blue” I finally lost it and sobbed harder. Their love story is out of this world. The exchange of words is so heartwarming and heartbreaking as well. Everything in this book has captured my heart.
The spice in this book is so much better than in the first book. So so much better, spicier! Its definitely a 5/5
