I honestly loved this story and I love this world. It's like the perfect meeting of witchcraft and the dark academia blogs on Tumblr lol.

I loved the characters, they all most certainly have flaws but they're flaws that you end yo wanting to see explored...I was invested in the characters and their growth.

The story takes a while to really get going, but I thought it was worth it. I appreciated the time taken to setting up the world the characters are in before really getting into the action.

For my first Leigh Bardugo book, I gotta say I loved it and I'll definitely be delving into her YA books.
