**Re-read prior to her signing at Blue Willow at the end of October 2016.**
This remains absolutely one of my favorite "Beauty and the Beast" retellings, and I cannot wait to meet P.C. Cast to tell her so. I think my rating has to be at 5 stars now due to all the squealing and smiling and giggling and gasping and near-tearing time spent re-reading Goddess of the Rose.

Another wonderful "beauty and beast" story that just warms my heart. :)
