I enjoyed the art, but the story lacked focus and ended up meandering all over the place. I liked the two main character's and especially enjoyed their back stories and how totally brutal they were. The let down I think was in the world building. It was never really clear on what the structure of these cities were or why they seemed so weird after only two years of the zombies and the mental ward felt really out of place. The book definitley could have used some exposition. Also that ending, it was so abrupt and not really in line with the world laid out in the book up to that point.
