The way Devon’s words cut through me was unlike any other book I’ve read. This book held a mirror up to a lot of the feelings I’ve had as a neurodivergent person struggling to appear neurotypical.

I’m like the parent saying “but everyone does that!” Over and over again in my brain, not realizing the work I’ve put in to just existing isn’t something everyone has to think about.

This book made me cry and smile and reflect on myself and the world in a whole new light. Thank you Devon!
