Erin Connelly is feeling stuck in life but things go from meh to bad when she realizes she’s donated her most treasured book to a little free library. When the books pops up a week later her life starts to get a bit more exciting as she begins to correspond with the mystery person who added fresh notes in the margain.

The Book Swap is a second chance romance with a pinch of enemies to lovers and miscommunication. The highlight for me was the budding romance between two strangers through books and the author, Tessa Bickers, uses all of my favorite classics throughout the book which gave it depth. The character development was spot on and it was hard to put down. The ending was perfect!
