My print has a miss print. It appears that one of the sub-bindings was accidentally swapped out for another. So I have the beging to page 42, then pages 11 through 26 again, before picking back up at page 59 through the end. I intend to aquire another copy or to find some other way of reading the missing pages before resuming.
