I don't usually write book reviews, I feel like they are so personal to the reader; I do enjoy reading book reviews though. I feel like people have been a little hard on this book. I agree with a lot of the complaints, I have a lot of the same complaints about it, but when you get right down to it Sarah Jio is an excellent writer and this book will have any mom running to hug their children and hold them tight to them. I feel like she put a lot of heart into this book and that should be what resonates with us. I can already see a lot of eye rolling and I'm ok with that, mostly I just wanted my thoughts to be heard on this book as well. It is a good book, maybe it could have been a little better, maybe it should be loved for what it is. I really enjoyed it and am looking forward to reading more from Sarah Jio.
