✨ I received this book as an ARC for my honest review✨
Mikhail and Aria make an adorable pair, and I enjoyed their interactions. Yet, my feelings toward Aria were a bit indecisive. Initially introduced as a formidable hacker, I anticipated a consistently strong personality, but her demeanor fluctuated unpredictably. The speed at which she developed feelings for Mikhail felt somewhat implausible and sudden. On the other hand, Mikhail's character was utterly captivating, displaying genuine concern and a protective instinct.
The story suffered from repetitive scenes and phrases, causing some distraction, and unclear dialogue added to the challenge of fully immersing myself in the story.
I yearned for a more gradual transition from enemies to lovers, wishing for a deeper exploration of their evolving romance. More insight into their growing connection would have enriched the story significantly.
