The Last Wish by Andrzej Sapkowski

3.0

Sapkowski has a very unique style of writing. Something I first glimpsed in the first few pages of Blood of Elves. I decided to read The Last Wish first just because for chronological sense.

I'm glad I did. It's given me a chance to see how the stories of Geralt's early adventures really were and what differed in the Netflix show. The world is very developed, and the descriptions of the characters and events is amazingly detailed. So visual.

I can't wait to read The Sword of Destiny to see which other stories occur and then finally delve into the events of the original books.
