this book did for me what a lot of other fandom-inspired books wanted to do for fans. i didn't know there was a boyband element in here, i was only in it for the high school musical type hijinks. but this book understood me and my boyband loving self in a way i was not prepared for, and for some reason the ending made me tear up and made my heart giddy. there is truly no love purer than the one a fangirl has for her band, and i loved this book for letting me feel seen in all the best ways.
