The cover is beautiful and I really liked the premise, it’s not often you read about female bull riders, so I was really excited about this book. In hindsight after finishing the book maybe a reminder to not judge a book by its cover in the future because this book was not for me at all. Too cringy for my taste.
It actually started really well but unfortunately it wasn’t for me. It had friends to lovers and reverse grumpy x sunshine which I usually love but honestly nothing memorable in the book. It was just ok.
I don’t know what it was about the writing but I felt no connection to the characters at all. My favourite character was the baby and all the words she could say was ‘Mo!’…I rest my case
