The Veiled Kingdom was a fast paced, well written, and very intriguing adult fantasy novel! I enjoyed it so so much! This book had soooo much tension both with the romance and the plot itself, I was always on the edge of my seat just wondering what would happen next.

Honestly, it was just so addicting. I couldn’t put it down and I almost read it in a day. 

I found the plot to be unique and really engaging. I haven’t read a fantasy like it before and I really enjoyed it! But like I said, I was so nervous the entire time 🙈

The romance was also perfection. The tension and playfulness between Dacre and Nyra was so addicting to read. I was obsessed with them the entire book.

While I do wish there was a bit more to the ending, I still really enjoyed this book and I literally will not be okay until I find out what happens in book two.

Overall, I think the author wrote an amazing first book to this series. It balances a well written and thought out plot along with a steamy and entertaining romance, creating the perfect adult romantasy. I’m so excited to read book two in July!
