I wanted to like this book so bad! I loved the first Housemaid book in this series so much and had such high hopes when it was turned into a series. Unfortunately, this book didn't keep me engaged and I had a hard time getting into it until about 60%. Frieda hooked me with the prologue but I didn't stay hooked for long. At about 60% it picked up but then there were issues for me in the ending. Classic Freida had twists and turns I didn't see coming, which I love.
