Something to Talk About by Meryl Wilsner
3.5
this silly little book…
here’s the story: i dnfed it, twice, because, admittedly, some of conflict early on in the book was a tad ridiculous, and yet i kept wanting to come back and finish it to find out what happened to jo and emma.
and i give in… this was indeed kinda cute. i can never truly resist the sapphic/age gap/slowburn combo.
(also, being realistic, that 0.5 is for xe sands being the narrator for jo bc 😳)
