This book is told from the female main character’s point of view and alternates between 1967 and 1977. If you love music from the 60’s you will enjoy the musical references. There are also themes of female friendship, gender roles, financial differences, with a bit of mystery. I was able to read this quickly yet found myself frustrated with many of Thea’s choices relating to her friend.
