Another poignant story of love, friendship, and family from Emily Henry! 🫶🏻 I cried far lessssss than when I read Happy Place last year which is a bit of a relief. Emily captures universal feelings so well: being new, going through change, the ache of finding your place and building a community of people around you in your twenties and thirties. I loved Daphne, Miles, Julia, Ashleigh, and basically everyone in this book (except Peter and Daphne’s dad 🗑️). Also hilariously I was wearing my Mr. Collins “what excellent boiled potatoes” shirt while reading which was shockingly apropos! Hahahaha.
