Heart of Thunder by Johanna Lindsey
3.0
just re-read this book...
Can't figure out why I liked the book when I wanted to castrate the "hero" and slap the "heroine" silly.
Someone needs to teach these boneheads that wonderful phrase "no means no" :> but that's not why I dislike the "hero" so much ... it's the fact that he dragged her behind his HORSE even when she fell. Just because he was gentle with her as he tended her wounds did not make me suddenly like him; after all the wounds were CAUSED by him.
And the fact that she actually fell in love with him after that? Bah Stupid Bitch (and she was, spoiled rotten brat)
And his whining that his Ranch was stolen from him, then going on to be a stage-coach robbing outlaw? Bigot!
