a really nice read, i came in expecting more about dylan but it was nice that he wasn’t the main focus, considering this isn’t his memoir. shone a light on the greenwich village scene and introduced me to characters like Dave Van Ronk, it also illuminated political movements and problems of the 60s. hearing about rotolo’s trips to cuba were very cool and it really makes me wish i could’ve known her at the time
