This book gave me all the feels. I can’t properly put into words how wonderful it was. I enjoyed everything about it- the characters, the settings, the writing style, the way each chapter progressed to 7 years later in Cyril’s life. Just forget whatever book you were going to read next, go buy this one, and read it instead. You’ll have no regrets.
