The Perks of Being a Wallflower by Stephen Chbosky
5.0
This book was astounding. As dark and raw as it is, I think that's what makes it so good. I read it at the perfect time, where my heart needed a hug, and Charlie gave it to me.
The letter format was flawless. I've seen so many do it, but nobody did it as the author did it in this book.
It has become one of my favorite reads this year. I cannot express how much love I have for it. Definitely worth reading for everyone who feels like they need a friend —or just someone who is willing to listen. This book is that friend.
