The beginning: action packed. The ending: action packed. The rest: boring.

When I say action packed I mean ACTION PACKED, there were some wild rides in this book, seriously. Buuttt nothing really happens in the middle.. I mean I LOVE sturmhond (and the creepy bits of the darkling every now and then), I genuinely devoured every scene sturmhond’s in. LOVE HIM. Other than that, I’m still really enjoying this books and it has a lot of dark elements which are truly f***ed up, but there’s also still a bit too much focus on romantic relationships which sometimes dont even made sense to me (and the love triangle should be dropped back in shadow and bone). That being said, very excited to see how this story wraps up in the next book.
