For Her Consideration by Amy Spalding

Did not finish book. Stopped at 22%.
I received a copy from Netgalley for review.

So I really wanted to like this. It's queer with a fat main character and I just didn't. In the prologue we find out that Nina has a really traumatic break up with an ex girlfriend, but then she's basically stopped living her life and abandons her friends in the process and becomes a hermit. I got about 22% into it and just had to give up. The main character's POV makes it very hard to want to continue reading and it was just really not my thing. I think if you like Hollywood and queer romance this is definitely the book for you, however, I will note that there is some internalized fat phobia and other issues that the main character deals with that it can be quite triggering.
