+Getting to explore more of the world of Elementa, this time in particular the Earth realm.
+New likable characters
+Sandstorm is one of my favorite protagonists of xenofiction I've recently read. She's very flawed, but also just super likable and she has quite a few layers to her character which I can always appreciate. I do love me a feisty girlboss protagonist with depth.
-Exposition is sometimes delivered a bit awkwardly to the reader, or there is at times too much of it. It could've been cut down a bit. Sometimes the book will also have Sandstorm literally spell out how she's feeling when it would feel far more natural to just have the reader infer this from how she's acting, her body language and of course her thoughts. So this could've used some work.
