Not in Love by Ali Hazelwood
5.0
I keep falling more in love with Ali Hazelwood. This is my fav of all her STEM books; I absolutely adored this.
Rue was a great MC. I loved that she's socially awkward and just realized as a kid that if she just came off as frosty/indifferent people would leave her alone (brilliant!). And the way Eli handled that and treated her *heart eyes*.
The whole story behind the patents and the takeover was also really interesting along with the side characters. I think there's a hint of a pairing for another book in there, and I am here for it.
Overall, I loved these characters and the originality of how their relationship played out. It was also great to see characters who are completely fine talking about their sexual preferences and their chemistry overall was fire.
Thank you to the publisher for the free copy!
