The Guest List is definitely a book to add to your TBR list.
I greatly enjoyed Lucy Foley's The Hunting Party and have been looking forward to this one for a long time. It did not disappoint.
Chock-full of atmosphere and most interesting characters, this is a perfect "dark and stormy night" summer read.
Guests have gathered on a tiny, nearly-deserted Irish island for a lavish wedding event celebrating socialites Jules and Will. The titular guest list is made up of family, friends and former schoolmates, all with intertwined histories and secrets.
The story is told via alternating characters and toward the second half of the book, twists are revealed like fireworks. Despite being a big thriller reader, I guessed very few of these turns of events ahead of time. Recommended!
