Scythe by Neal Shusterman

5.0

This book was downright disturbing but in the best possible way. The gleanings gave me the heebity-jeebities, but the worldbuilding was so fascinating. I loved the characters, although I did constantly want to punch Goddard in the face. Also, I found it hard to take him seriously because every time I read his name, I thought of Goddard from Jimmy Neutron.

I prefer the dog...

I love how the events played out, especially right at the end. I can't wait to get into the next one and see where it goes!
