The Kind Worth Saving by Peter Swanson
3.0
This was an interesting one… it almost felt like I was rereading The Kind Worth Killing but with different characters. There were a lot of parallels between the two books and I’m not sure I like or need the “relationship” between Henry and Lily, even if it added to the plot towards the end.
I didn’t feel like there were enough moments of suspense or tension. The story went in the exact direction I thought it would. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing, but again it comes back to feeling like I was reading TKWK (which I preferred) again.
Even so, I really like Peter Swanson’s writing and will continue to read his books.
