Ms. Marvel, Vol. 7: Damage Per Second by G. Willow Wilson
4.0
I'm still very much enjoying this series.
The first story may annoy some (and I can see why) but a thinly disguised voting educational tackling gerrymandering, how to register etc is not a bad idea for a book widely read by a significant demographic of young voters.
The main story tackling an internet Troll was fun, with some nice emotional moments and a reminder to try and be nice. The young and diverse cast continues to grow and reads completely different to many of the other books out there.
The final story felt unrelated and inconsequential but had some nice art. In fact, the art the whole way through was pretty impressive, often showcasing Kamala in new ways, new postures and poses and with a vividly dynamic tone. Great colour work too.
