I enjoy neuroscience books and this one was both engaging and reasonably easy to understand by someone who didn't train in the field. My favorite chapter was about brain development and how teenage brain works. I am so-so on the last chapter of potential developments in artificial intelligence and/or uploading human brains because I think [a:David Eagleman|2883386|David Eagleman|https://images.gr-assets.com/authors/1238026723p2/2883386.jpg] didn't adequately cover societal challenges that would be involved in such developments. However, it's still a great book to read for someone who wants to catch up with the latest in brain research.
