Out of the Fog: Moving From Confusion to Clarity After Narcissistic Abuse by Dana Morningstar

5.0

I loved this! It is very well explained, has clear examples of real life experiences and is written in a kind way. Even with that, it still was REALLY hard to read, I had to pause several times because it makes you realize the redflags in relationships you didn't see before, in yourself, or that a person was indeed abusive. At first I've been down because you feel it's on you for not noticing earlier, or falling for it, missing them, but after reading this book I feel a little bit more hope for the future, we can learn to identify redflags, set dealbreakers, go slow to avoid falling again for a love bomber, and so on, there are several useful tools well described within these pages. I'm going to have to read this again.

Don't wait until you find yourself in an abusive situation regardless of it being a relationship, family, or work, these tools are beneficial for everyone. ♡
