The worst thing about reading a book twice (when you've read more from the same author) is that you'd notice how they improved, so the previous books don't impress you as much. Now that I have read "Iron Gold" (and not even Dark Age yet), I could see the flaws, the unanswered questions and questionable answers. I do love the book, it's something different, but as any worthy author must, Pierce Brown improved and now I expect much more.
