Find Me by André Aciman

I think I enjoyed it. I will need some time to reflect on it.

The first chapter, although initially interesting and puzzling, quickly becomes too long and makes the reader wonder if this is indeed a sequel to the previous book. The second chapter was quite enjoyable, perhaps because it returns the reader to familiarity and Elio feels very much like an older refined version of himself. The third chapter was exciting as again it captured Oliver’s feelings and dissatisfactions, truly showing a perspective and mindset from the previous chapter. The last chapter was a pain. It was rushed and stripped of reality. Too many questions were left unanswered and everything was just too strangely perfect.
