I liked this one but did not love it. I loved Tori in the Heartstopper series so I tought I would love Solitaire. Most of the time I just felt sad for her. Her perspective on life was just so depressing. She is a lonely and depressed teenager who thinks she is not worthy of friendship or love. I mean you have enough going on as a teenager and Tori also has to deal with taking care of her younger brother Charlie besides struggeling with her own mental health.
I enjoyed the development of the relationship with Michael Holden. I wished the mystery around the prank group Solitaire would have grabbed me more.
