For a holiday novella, this one still had a lot of depth and emotion. Andi and Win’s backstory as teenagers was complicated. This 174pg novella could have easily been a full novel with dual timelines showing us their history. Even so, Gnome One Like You was so well written that we didn’t need it. The emotion behind their reunion was still conveyed. The spice, while not prevalent, was still smoking and I think that was because of their connection. The pantry scene?!
