Where Bad Girls Go To Fall is the second book in a complete trilogy of interconnected standalone books called "Good Girls."
We actually meet these two characters in the first book of this series, Where Good Girls Go To Die.
Quick details on this book:
π€ Contemporary romance
π€ 1st person, dual POV
π€ Small town romance
π€ Friends to lovers
π€ Best friend's brother
What I enjoyed (similar to the first book):
π Holly Renee's writing style is always 10/10
π Quick, bingeable book (I read this in one sitting)
π Dynamic between Mason & Staci
π Yummy spice scenes (18+ content)
π Mason being a total simp
What could have been better:
π Like the first book, this is a short book, but I kept expecting more from the storyline and charactersβe.g., I don't feel like I really got to know Mason
π I wish Holly Renee would've given more attention to Staci's backstory; to touch on such a heavy topic but not dive further into it felt odd
π Both of these characters are supposed to be anti-love/noncommittal but it very much gives insta-love
As a quick heads up, there is a lack of content warnings and this book mentions domestic violence.
