Maberry has written a ton of zombie books. And each one of them is special and a great read.
This series takes place in a post zombie world where the "First Night" is almost a faded memory. Humanity is hiding and no one but a few venture beyond the walls.
It is a young adult novel, so there is no cursing or sex, but do not let it detract you from reading it.
It has a well developed story and worth the read.
