After a reading slump of 2 and a half years, this book managed to to drag me out of it and into the excitement and wonder that i feel whilst reading a book. The world and its inhabitants had me captivated from page one. The books writing style makes you feel attached and empathetic with the protagonist as you feel his delight and sorrow, his anger and despair, even though the world he lives in is far from reality. A book worth reading for all the fantasy lovers.
