Lots of trigger warnings for this book. Talk of suicide, infanticide, bodily harm and anti-Semitism.
I found the two main characters both deeply unlikable, and the racist, sexist landlord felt cartoonish and not at all real (despite knowing there are people out there who think/act like this). There was only one moment where I felt tense,(deep dark hallway and someone running toward the mc) but other than that this horror story felt flat and the mystery surrounding the building they lived in was wholly uninteresting.

Moderate: Injury/Injury detail and Pandemic/Epidemic
Minor: Self harm and Suicidal thoughts
