Read this book since I was a big fan of Terry Miles’ audio drama podcasts (The Black Tapes and Tanis). I found the plot interesting, but towards the latter 20% of the book, the lore became either very confusing or overly explained. K seemed very confused at many points and questioning what was real even though we have her perspective that she already decided an event was real. Also the final chapter seemed to be very anti climatic. If there’s a sequel, I might check it out from the library but I’ll prioritize other books first and maybe just relisten to the podcasts on Spotify.
