I enjoyed this book a lot. The message is all about self-love. Adeline Bird did a great job with adding workbook sections which asked you the tough questions. The questions allow the reader to go deeper with addressing the root to some of their issues. I highly recommend this book if you are looking to start a serious journey to self-love.
