It's a really enjoyable book. Who knows how much of this is true, but the book was well written in a clear manner - Richard Marcinko is a talented writer who knows how to tell a story. Obviously it's written from his perspective and he rarely portrays himself in a poor light, but he reflects on his past in an interesting manner.
