This was an awesome story! The kind with a cliffhanger that makes me want to immediately buy the next book because I am invested. I need Peter and Wendy to have their happy ending.
Giving it a 4 because there were some parts of the world-building that were clearly related to other books in the series, when this was recommended to me as an interconnected standalone.
But overall a highly entertaining, adventurous Romantasy story. Definitely recommend if romantasy’s your genre, if you loved Disney’s Peter Pan growing up (and are an adult now because there are some mature themes in this book), like second-chance romances/slow-burn love stories with a dash of grumpy-sunshine, and love a morally gray MMC.
