This book had me laughing within the first chapter and dying of secondhand embarrassment by the fourth. I loved meeting Margo in book one and being able to read her inner thoughts as she’s faced with her childhood BFF Olivia, who she hasn’t seen or heard from in 11 years, was so good!

See Margo and Olivia were best friends since diapers until one fate-filled spring break, their senior year, when they became so much more. What I loved most about this romance was there are no huge fights between them where untrue or mean words are thrown around. These two have always deeply cared about the other and only wanted what’s best. From the start, you can see how perfect these two are for each other and how they complement each other.

I love that Alexandria includes text conversations in her books I feel like it adds a level of realness and fun that a lot of romances are missing. Pretty much every text conversation in this book, and book 1, had me laughing hysterically. There’s also a fun bit in chapter one where Olivia and her co-workers are talking about current popular abbreviations like: OTP, AO3, etc. Really this first chapter pulled me in and then by chapter 4 I was firmly invested in the entire ride…seriously please let me know once you’ve read chapter 4 so I have people to talk to about it!

Childhood BFFs to lovers, a second chance at romance, and it’s sapphic…I mean what more could you ask for in an awesome romance read?! Trust me when I say this one is a must-read!
