Soul of life and shadow follows Lucia and Arafel. While I found their story to be interesting, at times the dialogue between the two felt very juvenile at times. There was also a few typos that took for a bit to figure out what was trying to be conveyed. That being said, I did enjoy the book and think there is a lot of potential with the series. I look forward to seeing where the next book takes us.
