Women Don't Owe You Pretty by Florence Given

4.0

Having been a feminist for the best part of 15 years, I found that a large content of this was stuff I already knew but there were some amazing reminders in there.
Fantastically this book deals with different strands of feminism and while there is a lot of info about women growing within patriarchal societies, there's also a lot of debate about women on women: Red flags for friendships, not just romantic relationships.

A refreshingly honest work for seasoned feminists and a fantastic way in for the new generation of feminists.
