This was a fun different twist with Conrad being bonkers and his Bride being a ghost. It was neat to have a strong female having bought her own mansion and made a name for herself, to tragically have her life cut short. We get a sense of how strong and independent she was from her interactions with Conrad.
I loved that Conrad was an inexperienced virginal man that made for some good scenes with Neomi showing him the ropes.
Characters are growing on me. Nix is becoming a favorite. I can't wait to see what happens next! We're getting hints and threads of continuing stories to come.
