This is my first five star read of 2024 🙌 when I tell you I stopped what I was reading as soon as this arrived I’m not exaggerating, I was so excited to have a proof! This book was similar in time to Happy Place, a little more meloncholy and introspective as opposed to the 100 mile an hour romcoms that are all over my feed at the minute but it made me love it all the more! 

The slow burn jilted fiancé and roommate romance was beautifully written by Emily Henry, she has such a way of expressing others feelings that you can’t help but fall for them. I loved both of the main characters as well as the supporting characters - as with Emily’s other books they’re book themed and the main character works in a library so you get some wonderful scenes from that side plot!
