his was such a sweet story. I got this book for my daughter because she loves spending time with her grandparents. She spends a lot of time with her grandma who lives about an hour away, but she also enjoys seeing my mom who doesn’t miss a soccer game, and her grandparents who live all the way across the country from us. She loves them all and lights up when she gets to see them. This book helped bring the magic of seeing them to the front of her mind. She was so happy reading this with me. My daughter is seven and working on her reading. She says it’s her favorite activity. This book was a fun one for us to go through together and work on her reading. I love picking topics that excite her and make her want to read. This book was just that. She has picked it up several times since getting it on her own, just to work on her reading and also look at the pictures.

This book will get readers of all ages excited and bring back core memories of visiting your grandparents.
