Ah, this book is so cute. I am always looking for new books to add to my daughters library. She is 7 and working on her reading, so we spend a lot of time reading books together. I always try to find books that have a positive, heartwarming message, and this book did just that. There is so much meaning in this book and it really shows the meaning of teamwork, and kindness, and how far those qualities can go.

In addition to being a wonderful story, this book has some amazing art. I chatted with the author, and they told me that they did them all themselves with watercolors. They are stunning and I was in awe of their talent and how wonderfully the pictures brought the story to life. Truly they are something to be admired.

If you are looking for a wonderful story with a great message, and gorgeous art on top of that, then you need to check out this book for the children in your life. The holidays are right around the corner, this would be perfect for gifting.
